Flickr/iPhoto/EXIF munging experimentation code

I am supplying this code freely for educational and testing purposes only
with the understanding that there is no warranty or guarantee.  Also, I'll
go as far as to say that incorrect usage could quite easily delete your
photos, destroy your Flickr account, upset Flickr, and kill your pets.  DO
NOT USE THIS CODE UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND IT COMPLETELY AND ARE WILLING TO
TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING GOING WRONG.

It is also released with the understanding that you have reasonable
knowledge of Perl, Cocoa, iPhoto, EXIF, Flickr, XML, and any other
technologies used within.  I'm not here to teach you how to program.  If
you want this functionality in a user-friendly package, please lobby
Apple, Flickr or just about anyone but me.  Sorry, but I really do have
better things to do.

to publish your improved version.  I would appreciate notification, and a
