'Fact or Fiction?'

Ambulance services already use computers loaded with data about where and when 999 calls are made in order to "predict" the likely time and place of further emergency calls. Called "predictive analysis", the information is used to help make decisions about where ambulances should be stationed between call-outs so that they can be as near as possible to the people who may need them.
