A special preview of 'NHS Now...Towards the Future' at the Royal College of Physicians in London set the wheels of its nationwide tour in motion on 15 April.

Invited guests - including VIP health guests and journalists from broadcast and print media - were able to see a sneak preview of the exhibiton, featuring some of the UK's leading photo-journalists from Network Photographers.

The exhibition, which will tour throughout the UK during 1998, captures both the ordinary and the dramatic sides of the NHS while exploring and revealing its complexity.

The NHS is everywhere, in every village, town and city and Network's photographers have captured its breadth as well as the range of its services.
