Overall health care provision is catered for by the public health system as well as private institutions which are on the increase. For financial administration purposes, health care is divided into projects and routine activities. All project health care spending has to be approved by teh Ministry of Planning befoer funds are allocated, while routine activities are funded directly by the Ministry of Finance. |
